Sometimes you are not ready for a long intense program, or you just find yourself short on time. So be SMART, take our 30 minute scaled down ID (Intensity Duration) program and positively affect the markers of your health 3-4 times a week.
As you improve and develop better markers you will be chomping at the bit to move into the challenge of our Therafit Smart: 60 program, where you can just extend your progress- or stretch it out to a place on the next Olympic Team.
